History of Australia

A continent with full of promises and opportunity. A massive island with 30,000-kilometre-long beach. Due to its global position, many other countries known Australia a land “Down Under”. Australia situated entirely in the southern hemisphere with an area of 7,617,930 kilometre which makes Australia the sixth largest country in the world has a population of just 25.4 million inhabitants (2019). Australia shares maritime borders with East Timor, Indonesia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Island and the islands of New Caledonia (a special territory of France). Official name is Commonwealth of Australia, English language is used as an official language and currency is called Australian Dollar (AUD).
